Vegetarian Broccoli Cheese Soup
My girls and I have a rotating dinner party and focus on a different cuisine each time. During our soup and salad night, we all make sure to include at least one vegetarian dish for our dear friend who is sans meat. It taste just like Panera’s soup, really delicious and very cheesy and filling!
Chocolate Almond Espresso Bars
A couple years ago we stayed at the Kingsleigh Inn in the Bar Harbour area of Maine. The owners Pamela & Bryan were such gracious hosts and the food they served was AMAZING. These bars were a favorite for me so I had to get the recipe. I’ve adapted it slightly.
Salted Chocolate Caramel Spread
I altered this recipe a bit from Real Simple Magazine. It makes a great gift and is super sweet! I packaged the spread up in mason jars with labels along with Shortbread Cutout Cookies.
