We decided to prepare the Feast of the Seven Fishes for 2017 Christmas Eve. I’ve always wanted to do this and since my husband is Italian, we had an excuse. We included a couple traditional recipes in addition to some not so traditional recipes. The process was really fun, pretty stressful, and by the end; the entire family was in a food coma. Below are the dishes we served:
