Ingredients
  • 1/2cup unsalted butterroom temperature
  • 1/2cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2teaspoon baking powder
  • 1cup all purpose flour
  • 1cup butterscotch chips
Instructions
  1. Combine butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla and mix well.
  2. Add baking powder and flour and mix until combined. Fold in chips.
  3. Spread into a greased or lined 9×9 pan and bake at 350F for 30-35 minutes until brown. Let cool before cutting into 16 small or 9 large squares.
