Ingredients
Cake
- 4 eggs
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. approved sweetener I use Swerve
Frosting
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 4 tbsp. unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup approved sweetener I used Swerve

Instructions
Cake
- Preheat oven 350 degrees
- Mix together wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
- Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix completely.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Frosting
- Beat together ingredients until fluffy. Frost cooled cake.
Recipe Notes
I had to make this cake a couple times for the desired outcome. It's moist and tasty especially with a bunch of frosting on it - I also aggressively covered it with fruit. I doubled both the cake and frosting recipes for the photo.
