Keto Pound Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting

I had to make this cake a couple times for the desired outcome. It’s moist and tasty especially with a bunch of frosting on it – I also aggressively covered it with fruit. I doubled both the cake and frosting recipes for the photo.

Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • 4oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 1/4cup almond flour
  • 2tsp. baking powder
  • 1/4tsp. salt
  • 3tsp. approved sweetenerI use Swerve
  • 4oz cream cheese, softened
  • 4tbsp. unsalted butter, softened

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees
  2. Mix together wet ingredients and dry ingredients in separate bowls.
  3. Slowly add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix completely.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Allow to cool completely.
Frosting
  1. Beat together ingredients until fluffy. Frost cooled cake.
