Sea Salt & Peanut Butter Turtle Cookies

I doubled this recipe because they disappear as soon as you put them down 🙂

Ingredients
  • 1/2cups unsalted butterroom temperature
  • 1/2cup peanut butter
  • 1cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/2cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2tsp baking soda
  • 2 1/2cup all purpose flour
  • 1cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1cup caramel chips
  • 1/2cup pecan halves
  • 1tsp sea saltextra is for sprinkling on top
Instructions
  1. Cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  2. Mix in the eggs, one at a time (mixing in between each one), vanilla, sea salt, and baking soda. Gradually mix in the flour.
  3. Mix in the chocolate chips, caramel chips and pecan halves.
  4. Scoop dough by heaping tablespoons on a parchment or silicon lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops of the cookie dough balls with sea salt (just a small pinch for each one).
  5. Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Some caramel may ooze out.
  6. Let cool on pan before transferring to wire rack.
