Ingredients
1/2cupsunsalted butterroom temperature
1/2cuppeanut butter
1cupBrown Sugar
1/2cupgranulated sugar
2eggs
1tspVanilla
1/2tspbaking soda
2 1/2cupall purpose flour
1cupssemi sweet chocolate chips
1cupcaramel chips
1/2cuppecan halves
1tspsea saltextra is for sprinkling on top
Instructions
Cream together the butter, peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Mix in the eggs, one at a time (mixing in between each one), vanilla, sea salt, and baking soda. Gradually mix in the flour.
Mix in the chocolate chips, caramel chips and pecan halves.
Scoop dough by heaping tablespoons on a parchment or silicon lined baking sheet. Sprinkle the tops of the cookie dough balls with sea salt (just a small pinch for each one).
Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes, until edges are golden brown. Some caramel may ooze out.
