Shortcut Frosted Blueberry Cobbler
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350 degrees. Coat a 9 x 13 inch baking pan in baking spray, set aside.
- In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, melted butter and eggs until combined. Dough will be stiffer than regular cake batter.
- Take 2/3 of the dough and press evenly into the bottom of the pan.
- Pour the pie filling and spread with a rubber spatula evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle the remaining 1/3 of the dough in clumps over the blueberry filling. Bake in a 350 preheated oven for 25 minutes.
- Microwave the frosting for 20 seconds, stir. After the cobbler has cooled, drizzle the melted frosting over the cobbler. Cut into squares.

With only 5 ingredients, this recipe is a cinch. If you need a last minute dessert or brunch dish, this is perfect. You can also change the cake mix flavor or pie filling easily.
