These are the easiest candy you will ever make!  I included these as part of my Christmas cookie gifts to my friends and family and everyone raved about them.

Ingredients
  • 2pounds salted dry-roasted peanuts
  • 2 12 oz. packages white-chocolate chips
  • 112 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 112 oz. package milk chocolate chips
  • 2-3tbsp crisco or vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Layer ingredients starting with peanuts first in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Layer the chocolate chips over the peanuts, cover and set the temperature to low.
  2. Let mixture cook for 3 hours. Do not stir.
  3. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. It’ll be messy but YUMMY…
  4. Drop the candy into cupcake pan liners using about 2 tablespoons per liner. I used two teaspoons to do this. Allow the candy to cool completely, you can throw them in the refrigerator to speed up the process.
