Slow Roasted Herb Onions
Instructions
- Spread onion mixture onto two tin foil lined baking sheets. You will want the onions to have room to roast, if they are too crowded, they will not cook properly.
- Roast for 2 hours at 200 degrees. Onions will be done when they are golden and crunchy. I like to put them on baked salmon or grilled chicken.
Recipe Notes
If you're hanging around the house for a couple hours, this is a great way to make a simple ingredient fabulous. It's very quick to prep and makes the house smell great too!
