These are a great “semi-homemade” treat. You can also use any flavor cake mix and any type of chip (white chocolate, butterscotch, etc).
Macarons are my favorite cookie on earth! In 2015, I was able to sample several macarons in Paris; the best being from Ladurée. These babies take patience and attention to detail and I’ve had several disasters before mastering the technique. They are the best after sitting for 24 hours prior to being served.
Pecan pie is one of my dad’s favorite desserts so I decided to make these for father’s day. They were so delicious that I made them again the following week for a family reunion. They are buttery, nutty, and will quickly disappear.
These cookies are soft and chocolaty. They contain no flour, nuts, or dairy. It’s a nice alternative to peanut butter cookies.
Like most people I LOVE Rice Krispie Treats but I wanted to see if I could kick them up a notch. This recipe is a good way to make the treats a little “fancier”. The mixture of sweet and salty is great too.
A couple years ago we stayed at the Kingsleigh Inn in the Bar Harbour area of Maine. The owners Pamela & Bryan were such gracious hosts and the food they served was AMAZING. These bars were a favorite for me so I had to get the recipe. I’ve adapted it slightly.
