Candy Cane Crunch Cake Pops
I had a half of the Candy Crunch Cake leftover so what I normally like to do in this case is turn them into cake pops. They are easy, yummy and you can do it with any leftover cake.

This cake is fantastic and perfect for holiday party. It was my first time making Swiss Buttercream and it’s now my favorite frosting.
I had to make this cake a couple times for the desired outcome. It’s moist and tasty especially with a bunch of frosting on it – I also aggressively covered it with fruit. I doubled both the cake and frosting recipes for the photo.
It’s a cold, rainy day today which is a great excuse to bake (not that I really need an excuse). I really wanted a delicious vanilla cupcake but I wanted to make it more creative…so I thought tie-dye! They came out very pretty and I topped it off with silky vanilla buttercream. Delicious!
If you are a butter-lover like I am, you will enjoy this. I’ve mad several buttercream’s and this one is silky & decadent. It’s a keeper!
Shout out to The Curvy Carrot where I found this fantastic recipe. These cupcakes really do taste like a Shirley Temple. When I was young, I loved this beverage and since I don’t drink alcohol, I’m thinking I may need to revisit it.
I am one of those chicks that loves pumpkin in everything during autumn…I have no shame. These are super moist and a cinch to make. The cupcakes contain only three ingredients and the frosting is also simple to prepare.
I wanted to incorporate my love of baking into my wedding somehow, but I knew that preparing the cake & desserts would add just a little too much stress for me on my special day. Instead I thought it would be a particularly special touch to create the favors. I was able to prepare them ahead of time and box them up in a cute way. For 40 cake pops, I multiplied the recipe below by six.
My man loves Nutter Butter cookies so I thought these would be a fun way to enjoy them. I brought a batch of these to a bbq today and they were a hit. Very yummy.
I recently made way too many cupcakes for a party. I knew having a dozen frosted cupcakes in my home was dangerous so I decided to do something creative with them; I’m a big fan of “repurposing” leftover desserts. I made these fun cake truffles out of the cupcakes and brought them to work. Delicious!
I actually used my Vanilla Cupcakes with Fluffy Vanilla Frosting but you can use any cake and frosting you’d like.
